Shipping Policy of HD Telecoms Online Shop                                              Updated: 15/12/2025

1. Orders will be processed soon after purchase is made or on the next business day for orders made after 12 noon.
2. The order will take 2-4 business days to be delivered depending on delivery address and location
3. Deliveries shall take place between Monday – Friday 08:00am - !7:00pm
4. You will receive the tracking details via your email once order has been picked for shipping.
5. Cost of shipping depends on the weight and the address for the delivery; this will be indicated at checkout.

Rica       

In case of simcards or devices purchases customers will be required to fill out the Self Rica form and submit picture of ID or passport and proof of address not older than 3 months, the self rica form will be emailed to the customer.

HD Telecoms will therefore process the Rica Registration and if necessary, connect the new sim.
