We trust that you are satisfied with your order/ product, however if the order/ product is unsuitable, or you are not satisfied and wish to return the order/ product, please follow the instructions below. Please note that data and airtime are not returnable nor refundable.
- Inform us about your intention to return the product within 3 working days of receipt of delivery via email [email protected]
- Wait for the acceptance of the return before returning the products.
- The product must be returned within 14 days after the return has been accepted.
- The product must be kept in its original packaging and kept at the same condition received.

- We will then send you an email when we have received the product.
- We will then consult with our suppliers regarding the product faultiness and replace it if need be.
- We cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace it with the same model and that may result in a refund.
- The refund will be except for the initial delivery cost paid and in the event that there was airtime or data used, it will be deducted from the refund.
